Brianna and Christian,
went from
double-teaming Griffin
to
one-on-one.
As for Griffin?
He was immediately promoted to
big brother…
and
From a family of 3 to 4...
their hearts have grown..
expanded, multiplied and
practically burst at the seams...
with love for another little blessing.
As they say…
love doesn’t divide,
it multiplies…
(besides, multiplication is way easier than division.)
The Party of 4
may not be sitting down to a
Michelin-star dinner too soon (wink, wink)…
but
they sure do make a great team…
The Fantastic Four….
Marvelous in every way.

When Hop and I got the call
to bring Griffin into the hospital
to meet his new baby sister,
it was like Christmas morning in late June….
excitementmaxxing.
The lil' baby Griffin had been told was on her way..
was finally here—
the real deal,
not just a baby in one of his books.
He was about to meet his baby sister for the very first time...
and Hop and I were about to meet
our newest little grand...
grand baby number 5.
We were
tickled pink.
There’s something extraordinary about meeting a
brand new little soul for the first time
(especially when it’s your own grandbaby.)
Laying eyes on Quinn,
this God-sent child,...
and realizing just hours ago
she was perfectly content,
tucked away in her mama’s world.
And now...
here she is
out in the big beautiful world...
with a lifetime of endless possibilities ahead of her.
(No hurry though, Quinn)
The feels are are hard to describe.
It's a little like hearing a song
for the very first time.
You can hear it a hundred times after that,
but you will never hear it quite the same way again.
We don't know all the words to "Quinn's Song" yet....
but we are loving the first verse.
And chances are we will be
"Enchanted"
with the verses that follow.
